Jacob took part in the Israeli Ministry of Economy, served as the Economic appendix on behalf of the Ministry of Economy in Tokyo, Japan, Austria, and Holland. Served as chairman of the Korea Chamber of Commerce Israel, currently serves as director of governmental public bodies and also in the private sector. Jacob managed number of private sector organizations, and is the author of the book "How to do business in Japan".
