A ceremony naming a street after Chiona (SEMPO) Sugihara, in the presence of his son - Mr. Nobuki Sugihara. Sugihara was a Japanese Righteous Gentile who saved Jews during World War 2 by granting Japanese transit visas from Lithuania.
