Program Objectives:
• Develop a practical understanding of the Japanese business environment.
• Identify opportunities and challenges for the company in the Japanese market.
• Receive targeted recommendations for entering or expanding business activities in Japan.
• Build an initial roadmap and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the Japanese market.
Selection Criteria (Preferred Qualifications)
Priority will be given to companies that demonstrate:
• Strong potential for success in the Japanese market (with a product or solution relevant to Japanese corporations or market needs).
• Experience in international business activities or working with overseas clients.
• A clear objective for joining the program (market entry, finding a partner, investment, pilot project, etc.)
• Commitment to full participation throughout the program.
• Involvement of a senior decision-maker from the company in the mentoring process
• Openness to guidance, learning, and strategic adjustments
Membership in the Israel-Japan Chamber of Commerce is required for participation in the program. Companies that are not currently members may join upon acceptance.
